Description
Throughout
the ages, since the beginning of time, man has communicated with one another.
The definition of
communication is shared in the Webster’s Dictionary as “sending, giving, or exchanging
information and ideas,” which is often expressed verbally or non-verbally. Thus,
communication is the transfer of information from a source to a
recipient. It is a two-way process. Despite being a central skill in all
of our lives, many struggle with the different aspects of
communication, while we could all benefit from refining this most
essential of human skills. This course is focused on improving
individual-, group- and organizational communication skills and guides
the participant through the basics, as well more advanced skills, tips
and techniques to improve their overall communication competence.
